Everyone says it, time really does fly and we cannot believe it's been a whole year with our Baby Boy! We are so excited to see our happy, social, and smart little man continue to grow. Dominic's first birthday party was nothing short of amazing, and we are very grateful for the generous gifts he received and to our family and friends who traveled in to celebrate with us.

No secret, we love our house; but also well known, we hated our garage! If you have been over to the house, you know we don't even park our car(s) in the one-car, rotted out, cracked floor, creepy chicken coop, about to crumble garage. Knocking that bad-boy down was Project One on our to-do list. Unfortunately, we learned in order to tear down and rebuild, we would have to re-pour a crazy concrete foundation because half of the garage would be in a flood zone. With that price tag being absurd, we decided to remodel. Now, we're IN LOVE with the new garage, and are so grateful to Peterson Roofing & RVP Concrete for doing an amazing job! Project Two on our list is to blow out the West dinning room wall, allowing us to install over-sized doors opening up to our brand new deck and patio sanctuary! While that project is a couple of years in the making, we were able to complete step one: burring the overhead lines, moving the meter base, and upgrading our electric service. Jim & Joe killed it! |
