It was a warm Monday evening in September. Joe was on shift, and Natalie was teaching at the studio. Around 7pm, Natalie started having some serious backaches and headed home around 9:30 to meet Krystal who was returning from her whirlwind trip across Europe. While chowing down at the dining room table on some leftover mac n'cheese and regaling over Krystal's adventures, Natalie felt a burst in her loins, and sure enough - around midnight, her bag of waters broke! After a phone call into the firehouse to alert Joe and a ring over to Gail in Elgin, the gang was on their way to Central DuPage Hospital eager for Baby's arrival. Of course Baby Boy Biasi had his own time table for entering into this world, but after laboring for about twenty two hours and pushing for an hour and a half, Dominic Reno arrived at 11:38pm on Tuesday, September 18th! Six pounds, fourteen ounces, and twenty inches long, our bundle of joy was smaller than we expected, but just as energetic as we had thought. Crying, kicking, and even grabbing the nurses stethoscope gave everyone in delivery a good laugh. Everyone told us the love you feel for your child is indescribable, and boy! they were not lying. We are head over heels in love with our baby boy, and cannot wait for this new adventure to continue to unfold. Thank you Family & Friends for all the love and support! If we have not seen you yet, let's make that happen because Dominic is excited to meet you all! XOXO
